At the daily, exclusive 6-course dinner the STOCK resort yet again demonstrates its international standing and largesse - guacamole and pineapple butter on tasty pastries. Salads fresh from the market at the buffet. ‘Erdäpfelkas’ (potato cheese spread) and lemon-pepper butter. Cream kohlrabi soup with truffle and flower petals. Even the starters are a culinary voyage in the STOCK resort.

Want something from the water to be your highlight? Such as tuna in a tomato couscous with sesame-baked carrots, peppered melon, baby leeks and a matcha foam? Or would you prefer something from the mountains? Tender lamb crown, polenta slices, Romanesco and thyme jus are a credit to Austrian cuisine. Gourmet cuisine knows how to impress - with braised pork served on a smoked potato puree with root vegetables, sauerkraut and a black beer jus. A selection of ripe cheeses and fruit- mustard dressing, butter and the finest bread leads on perfectly to dessert, where the chocolate fountain with fresh fruit, traditional ‘Kaiserschmarren’ pancakes, sophisticated sorbets and creamy temptations are tempting.
